村庄布点规划的重点及规划方法探讨--以浙江海盐县武原镇村庄布点规划为例

The Emphasis and Approach of Village Addressing Planning——A Case Study on Wuyuan Village Addressing Planning in Haiyan, Zhejiang Province

村庄布点规划的重点是解决农村居民点重构、建设规模和空间形态的问题。农村居民点重构的影响因素有农民意识、经济发展水平、村庄规模、公共服务设施等,可运用基于层次分析法的综合评价方法来得出村庄发展等级分类,并以此为依据制定规划措施。建设规模的影响因素有人口规模、农村工业化及城乡住房供给制度、建设标准与管理,可通过运用人口预测方法、促进农村住房制度改革等手段确定建设规模。空间形态的影响因素有自然地理环境、交通条件等,可根据农村居民点的分布特点来选择合适的村域体系结构模式和农村居民点空间形态。

The emphasis of village addressing is to solve problems of village structure, village scale, and village spatial form economic development, village scale, and public service influence village structure; population industrialization, residence supply institution, construction standard and management influences village scale, which can be decided by means of population prediction; natural environment and transportation influences village spatial form.
