正常高值血压的流行病学及非药物治疗新进展 被引量：4

Prehypertension and its non-pharmaceutical therapy

摘要 正常高值血压人群指的是血压范围在120～139mmHg／80～89mmHg（1mmHg=0.133kPa）的人群。该人群罹患心血管疾病的风险较高。随着正常高值血压日益流行，一些降压的非药物干预措施应重新审视。本文对正常高值血压的流行病学及非药物治疗的研究结果及新进展综述如下。
