摘要
用昆明种小鼠作为试验对象,研究了毛金竹叶提取物(LE)抗衰老的生物学效应。结果表明:高剂量组的LE能显著增强小鼠对非特异性刺激的抵抗能力(常压耐缺氧试验,p<0.01)和抗疲劳能力(游泳试验,P<0.01);对正常小鼠的学习能力有一定的促进作用(电迷路法,p<(0.05);对老年小鼠体内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性有显著的诱导作用;并且明显抑制了老年小鼠血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)的生成、降低了肝脏脂褐素(LF)的含量等。研究结果提示LE具有一定的抗衰老作用,竹叶可以作为一种抗衰老功能因子的新资源加以研究和开发。
This paper investigated the anti-aging effect of the leaf-extract (LE) of Ph. nigra var. henonis on experimental mice. The results showed that LE could enhance the capacity of anti-fatigue and resistance to nonspecific irritation of mice,and improve their studyingability obviously. LE also could induce the activity of SOD and GSH-Px,inhibit the post-oxidation of lipid and scavenge post-oxidated products of aged mice,etc.,Bamboo leaves can befurther studied and developed as a kind of new resources of anti-aging functional factors.
