Research on Subject and Object of Investment and Financing of Urban Railway Transit Building

从投融资主体性质、主体表现形式、客体即融资渠道三方面详细建构了轨道交通建设投融资体系,分析了各方面内涵及构成,并结合城市轨道交通建设的特点提出了相应的投融资建议。

This paper creates investment and financing system of urban railway transit from three aspects： property and modality of investment and financing subject, investment and financing object. In addition, the composing of every aspect has been analyzed. Finally, some advices have been put forward according to characteristic of urban railway transit building.
