摘要
阐述了在建设工程实践中实行"代建制"所遇到的法律、体制、市场等各种困难或问题,并深入分析产生这些困难、问题的根本原因,据此提出了相应的解决办法或方向。
This article demonstrates the legal, systematic and market problems during implementing agent construction system. Meanwhile, relative solutions are given through further analyzing the origin of these difficulties.
