摘要
REITs制度的建立和发展与一个国家的法制环境、社会环境、房地产市场环境、金融市场环境等因素密切相关,不同国家对REITs有不同的制度安排。在中国发展REITs,就必须构建与REITs运作规律相适应的宏观、微观环境。分析了中国内地发展REITs的宏观、微观环境,在此基础上提出构建适合中国REITs的宏观、微观环境的措施。
Real Estate Investment Trusts is closely related to a country＇s laws, social situation, real estate market and finance market. Different country may choose different method to set up its own REITs system. This paper analyzes the macro-environment and micro-environment of China＇s mainland and puts forward measures to structure environment for developing China＇s REITs.
