金瓜贮藏期炭疽病和湿腐病的生物学特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 金瓜贮藏期主要病害有炭疽病和湿腐病。炭疽病菌和湿腐病菌菌丝生长最适温度均为28℃;分生孢子萌发最适温度,炭疽菌为20~30℃,湿腐菌为25~35℃,分生孢子的致死温度,炭疽菌为52℃,湿腐菌为53℃。菌丝生长和孢子萌发最适宜pH值,炭疽菌分别为7~8和5~6,湿腐菌分别为8~10和4左右。以10%的寄主汁液最能刺激孢子萌发。化学药剂以多菌灵1000倍和噻菌灵1000倍对炭疽菌菌丝抑菌作用明显,施保功1000倍对湿腐菌菌丝有效。 Laboratory studies show the optimum temperature for the growth of fungus' mycelium of C. lagenar-ium and F. solani optimum temperature on conidiospore germination ranged from 20℃ to 30tin C. lagenari-um ,from 25℃ to 35℃ in F. solani. Treated in 10 minutes, the conidiospores can't germinate C. lagenarium at 52℃ and F. solani at 5313 . The optimum pH is 7 - 8 and 5 - 6 in C. angenarium, 8 -10 and 4 in F. solani in mycelial growth and conidiospore germination. 10% host juice is the best for the conidiospore germination. Some fungicides can be very effective in controlling these diseases of mycelial growth and conidiospore germination.
