供试的玉玲珑和金盏银台两个品种的体细胞染色体数均为2n=3x=30,是三倍体,其染色体核型形式相同,为2n=3x=24m+6sm,属基本对称式,它们的染色体相对长度及臂比总值变动不大。
The analytical results of karyotype show that the somatic chromosome number of two varieties of Chinese sacred - lily ( Narcissus tazetta var. Chinensis) as 2n = 3x = 30. The type of chromosome is autotriploid. The two varieties of Chinese sacred - lily are similar in their karyotype. Of the thirty chromosomes, twenty -four are median, six submedian. Two karyotype are all 2n = 3x = 24m+ 6sm, and belong to fundamental symmetry. There is no obvious difference in relative length and arm ratio in somatic karyotype among Yulinglong and Jinzhanyingtai Narcissus tazetta var. Chinensis Roem.
