摘要
研究和分析了用于三电平逆变器不同的多载波PwM调制策略。通过对逆变器输出电压的谐波分析,对不同调制方法的谐波特性进行了比较,得出了在不同调制策略下,各自调制策略的谐波特性,调制度与谐波总含量之间的关系。仿真及实验结果对所得出的结论进行了验证。
As one kind of multi-level inverters, three-level inverter is widely used in high voltage and high power occasions. In this paper, different modulation strategies used in three-level inverter were studied and analyzed. The harmonic characteristics of different modulation strategies were compared, and the relationship of harmonic characteristic, modulation degree and total harmonic distortion was obtained. The conclusion was validated by the results of simulation and experimentation.
