摘要
生态公益林建设是广东省继十年绿化广东之后一个庞大的林业系统工程，是实现广东省委、省政府提出在本世纪末初步建成３３３．３万ｈｍ２的生态公益林体系的目标之一。文章分析了影响我省生态公益林持续发展的因素，介绍了国外以及台湾省扶持生态公益林建设的经验，并对生态公益林建设的经济投入和发展方向提出建议。
The Committee of the Communist Party and the Government of Guangdong have promulgated the decision for establishing 3 333 000 hm 2 of ecological forests in the province by the end of this century after fulfillment of the project green the land and afforestation in 1993. The experience of some foreign contries and Taiwan in sustainable ecological forests development and the compensation systems is relevant to Guangdong province.
