参脉注射液治疗气阴两虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shenmai Injection for Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease of Qiyin deficiency with Blood Stasis Type

目的:观察参麦注射液治疗气阴两虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将78例气阴两虚血瘀型的冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例,给予参麦注射液;对照组38例,给予复方单参滴丸。结论:参麦注射液有缓解心绞痛症状、改善血液流变性、改善心电图表现等疗效,其疗效与复方丹参滴丸相当,在中医症状改善方面优于复方丹参滴丸(P<0.05)。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenmai injection on angina pectofis of coronary heart disease of qiyin deficiency with blood stasis type. Methods Totally 78 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qiyin deficiency with blood stasis type were randomized into 2 groups： the treatment group（40 cases）, was given Shenmai injection ： the control group（38 cases）, was given Compound danshen dropping pills： Conclusion Compared with the Compoud danshen dropping pills, the Shenmai injection group has the same effects in the angina level, hemorhelogy and electrocardiogram（ECG） amelioration, but has significant effects（ P 〈 0.05） in symptom remission.
