人参养荣汤治疗老年性痴呆临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Senile Dementia Treated by Ginseng Tonic Decoction

目的:观察人参养荣汤治疗老年性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:治疗组45例用人参养荣汤、对照组40例用石杉碱甲治疗。结果:治疗组认知功能MMSE评分较对照组有明显提高(P<0.01),痴呆程度CDR评分、日常生活自理能力ADL评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:人参养荣汤具有较好的抗痴呆作用。

Objective; To approach the clinical therapeutic effect on senile dementia treated by Ginseng Tonic Decoction. Method; 45 cases were treated with Ginseng Tonic Decoction as the study group while the control group was treated with huperzine A. Result; The score of MMSE of the study group increased more obviously than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The score of CDR and ADL decreased more obviously than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ; Ginseng Tonic Decoction has good effect of anti - dementia.
