摘要
在分析研究多模式快速标准图压缩法算法优缺点的基础上,建立了多模式归一化标准图压缩模型,使图象的压缩速度和恢复精度均有较大的提高.并取得了在4倍压缩下,恢复精度优于国际静态图象压缩标准JPEG(纯软件)的成果.
Multi mode fast image compression method based on standard image (MFS) is an improved version of fractal image compression method based on iterated function systems.Based on the analysis of the strong and weak points of MFS,a new image compression method named MNS (multi mode image compression method based on normalized standard image) has been developed.In compare with MFS,MNS is not only faster in compression speed,but also better in restored image quality.The restored image quality of MNS is better than that of JPEG's in compression ratio equal four.
