摘要
介绍了一种稀土永磁无刷直流方波电动机速度伺服系统.该系统以8098单片机为核心,外加GAL芯片构成控制器;主回路开关器件采用IGBT,用EXB840驱动,组成功率变换电路,实现了PWM波单极半调制方式的电机伺服控制.文中论述了系统的硬件组成和软件功能.特别分析了用于生成六路PWM波、快速换相和电机正反转的GAL逻辑.实验结果表明该系统运行稳定,调速性能良好.
A speed servo system of rare earth permanent magnetic brushless square wave DC motor is discussed.The system is mainly made up of the MCS 8098 single chip microprocessor which is used as the principal control device,and a GAL is utilized to compose the control circuit.In addition,IGBT used as the main circuit's power switch component and its driver EXB840 composes the power transition circuit.This system fulfills the motor servo control based on PWM single pole half modulation.Both the hardware composition and software function of the system are discussed.Especially the logic of GAL is analyzed in detail,which is used to form six route PWM waves,to change phase quickly and to change motor's rotating direction.Duning the experiment this system operated with stability,and the function of speed regulating is good.
