摘要
建立了用于温度传感器现场动态校准的激光负阶跃温度发生装置,并采用传感器动态校准实验数据处理方法,对BTS-100型PN结温度传感器进行了现场动态校准与性能改进的实验研究.实验结果表明,上述校准方法具有非介入、现场性强及校准精度高等特点,具有广阔的应用前景.
A laser negative step temperature generator for the spot calibration of the dynamic performance of temperature transducers is established in this paper.All experimental results of the dynamic calibration and the dynamic performance improvement of a PN temperature transducer (model:BTS 100) are given on the spot by the data processing software.Possessing the advantage of non contact,the method is highly precise and on the spot.Meanwhile,it can be applied into many associated fields.
