摘要
采用全氧分析、金相观察、扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针(EDS)、大样电解等手段,对唐钢BOF-LF-FTSC工艺生产低碳铝镇静钢非金属夹杂物行为进行了全面系统的研究,找出了夹杂物的类型、来源、数量及尺寸大小在不同工序的变化规律,提出了改善薄板坯洁净度的建议。试验结果表明,唐钢FTSC工艺薄板坯的ω[N]和ω(T[O])分别为54×10^-6和(33~37)×10^-6,与传统工艺生产的低碳铝镇静钢连铸坯质量相比还有一定差距。铸坯中夹杂物主要为2类:块状捣鸭类夹杂物和球状钙铝酸盐或CaO-CaS-Al2O3复合夹杂物,夹杂物尺寸不大,绝大多数低于25μm。
The behavior of non-metallic inclusions of LCAK steel produced with BOF-LF-FISC process route was studied by means of metallographic electrolysis, EDS and SEM, and the source, amount and sized distribution were revealed. Based on research results some suggestions are given in the paper. The results showed that the [N] was 54×10^-6 and the T[O] was between 33 ×10^-6 and 37 ×10^-6 in FTSC slab. These results are a little worse compared with the slab produced with conventional process. The non-metallic inclusions observed in slab specimens were mainly block Al2O3 and ball calcium aluminate or complex calcium aluminate with CaS, and the size of most nonmetallic inclusions was less than 25 μm.
