摘要
利用有限元耦合场数值模拟计算方法对喷雾冷却H型钢进行模拟,通过调整翼缘外侧与R角处喷嘴的喷射压力(水流量)和喷射距离,研究了温度场的变化规律。分析结果对掌握H型钢的冷却规律、分析残余应力以及开发控制冷却技术具有实际指导意义。
Spray cooling of H-beam was simulated by using Finite Element Coupling numerical simulation. The laws of temperature field change were investigated by adjusting jet pressure and jet distance of outboard flange and fillet part of H-beam. The results are helpful to understand the cooling laws of H-beam, to analyze the residual stress in H-beam as well as to develop cooling control technologies for H-beam production.
