摘要
试验了微波消解/ICP-AES法测定钢中全硼的主要测量条件,提出采用盐酸-硝酸混合酸、硫酸、磷酸溶解样品,以ICP-AES法在合适的条件下进行测定的分析方法,可获得较好的测量结果。通过对不同标准样品进行测量,其测量结果与标准值相符,均在国家标准允许误差范围内。该方法具有快速、高效等优点,能满足科研及生产中全硼的测量要求。
This paper introduces main conditions of determination of total B in steel with microwave digestion and Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry. The method is to adopt vitriol, phosphate and the mixture of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid to dissolve samples, and then the total B is determined with Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry in proper conditions. The measurement of different standard reference materials shows that the method can get good results and the relative standard deviations are within the range of the national standard. The method is also more rapid and efficient to meet the requirement of total B analysis.
