摘要
利用中国石油化工股份有限公司北京化工研究院的NM-Ⅱ型模拟蒸汽裂解实验装置针对不同的加氢裂化尾油在不同工艺条件下进行裂解实验,研究加氢裂化尾油的裂解性能以及不同工艺条件对加氢裂化尾油裂解产物的影响。经实验表明,加氢裂化尾油是一种优质的裂解原料,裂解温度在810℃左右时可以提高加氢裂化尾油的选择性,更大限度地获取乙烯、丙烯。
Steam cracking experiments of HVGO have been carried out under different process conditions in NM-ⅡSimulation Furnace in Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry.The pyrolysis performance of HV- GO under different process conditions is investigated. Experiment results show that HVGO is a good feed for steam cracking,and a maximum yield of ethylene and propylene can be achieved at a pyrolysis temperature of 810℃because of the improved selectivity of HVGO.
