2003-2006年全国家畜肾中镉污染水平监测研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的调查我国家畜肾中镉的污染水平及其动态变化趋势,并评估其对健康的危害。方法在严格的分析质量控制条件下,2003-2006年全国食品污染物监测网在14个省市按照国家标准方法连续4年监测我国家畜肾中镉的含量。结果4年监测工作共收集了2325个数据,结果表明猪肾中镉的总平均值为2.820mg/kg,P90值为4.979mg/kg,P95值为11.90mg/kg,P97.5值为24.80mg/kg,4项指标都大大超过了国家限量标准,检出率为96.85%,超标率为30.96%,而牛和羊的各项指标都低于猪的。结论我国家畜肾尤其是猪肾中镉污染比较严重,对于猪肾摄入量高的人群健康危害较大。 Objective To investigate the contamination level and developing trend of cadmium in kidneys of domestic animals in China. Method Under the strict analysis quality control, contents of cadmium in kidneys of domestic animals were analyzed according to the national standard method in the fourteen provinces from the national food contamination monitoring system from 2003 to 2006. Results 2 325 data on contents of cadmium in kidneys of domestic animals were collected during four years, the results showed that the total average content of cadmium in kidneys of pigs was 2.820 mg/kg, P90 was 4.979 mg/kg, P95 was 11.90 mg/kg and P97.5 was 24.80 mg/kg. All of them greatly exceeded the national limit standard. The rate of positive samples exceeded 96.85% , the rate of violated samples exceeded 30.96% . But, those values of cattle and sheep were much lower than those of pig. Conclusion The cadmium contamination in kidneys of domestic animals was serious in whole country and the cadmium contamination in pig kidney was much higher. It was hazardous for people with high intake of kidneys of pigs.
