河北省市售食品卫生监测结果分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Results of Hygienic Surveillance of Food Sailed in Hebei Province

摘要 目的了解河北省流通领域食品卫生安全现状,加强流通领域食品卫生监督管理。方法采用随机抽样的方法对河北省42家超市和12家集贸市场中正在销售的8类食品进行了监督抽检。结果330份食品样品中85份不符合国家标准,不合格率为25.8%。凉拌菜不合格率最高,为65.0%,蜜饯、酱腌菜、冷冻饮品、熟肉制品不合格率分别为57.5%、37.5%、26.7%、23.3%,乳饮料、面粉不合格率分别为6.0%和5.0%,膨化食品所有检测项目全部合格;散装食品不合格率为41.25%,高于定型包装食品不合格率20.8%;集贸市场所售食品不合格率为39.7%,高于超市所售食品不合格率17.2%。结论本次监测结果显示河北省散装食品及集贸市场销售的食品存在问题较多,应成为各级卫生行政部门监管的重点。 Objective To know the situation of food hygiene in circulation field of Hebei province and to strengthen the hygienic supervision and management. Method 8 kinds of foods from 42 supermarkets and 12 fair trade markets were supervised and inspected by random sampling. Results 85 of the 330 samples did not accord with national standards, and the unqualified rate was 25.8% . The unqualified rate of cold dish was the highest and came up to 65.0% . The unqualified rates of glace fruit, pickle, freezing drink and cooked meat food were 57.5% , 46.7% , 26.7% , 23.3% , respectively. The unqualified rates of milk drink and flour were 6.0% and 5.0% , respectively. All detecting items of swelled food were qualified. The unqualified rates of unpacked food and packed food were 41.25% and 20.8%, respectively. The unqualified rates of food in fair trade markets and those in supermarkets were 39.7% and 17.2%, respectively. ConcIusion The surveillance showed that unpacked foods and foods in fair trade markets had more problems. It was suggested that the health administration department should pay more attention to them.
