International Cooperation on Antiterrorism

反恐需要国际社会的密切合作。反恐的国际合作包括引渡、刑事侦查中的互助合作程序、文书送达、庭审、执行、涉案财产处理等与诉讼程序密切相关的措施,以及与恐怖主义预防有关的行政性质的国际合作措施。研究并借鉴这些反恐的国际合作形式有助于我国更有效地打击恐怖主义犯罪。

Global cooperation is necessary in process of antiterrorism. The cooperative measures of antiterrorism, which correlative with litigation, include extradition, mutual help on investigation in criminal procedure, documents service, trial, enforcement, disposal of involved property, and terrorism preventing by administrative method. Research into the international cooperation measures on ant/terrorism and use them for reference will benefit Chinese practice against terrorism crimes.
