摘要
直接空冷凝汽器由多个直接空冷单元组成,因此,对直接空冷凝汽器单元的研究具有重要的意义。依托实际工程项目,建立了某135MW直接空冷凝汽器单元流动和传热的数学模型。利用计算传热学软件FLUENT,对夏季汽轮机考核工况(TRL)下,进行了空冷单元的性能的数值模拟。对直接空冷凝汽器外部空气的速度场、温度场的模拟、分析和研究,为直接空冷系统的优化设计提供帮助。
Because a direct air-cooled condenser consists of several direct air cooling units, studies on these units have great significances. Based on practical engineering projects, flow and heat transfer mathematic models of 135 MW direct air-cooled condenser unit are developed. Using numerical heat transfer software FLUENT, numerical simulations on unit performances under summer turbine runback limit (TRL) conditions are performed. The simulations, analyses, and studies on velocity and temperature fields of condenser external air will assist direct air cooling system design optimizations.
