摘要
近年来,循环流化床(CFB)锅炉在国内热电行业得到广泛推广和使用。在实际应用中,其安装技术对锅炉的使用效能有着较大的影响。结合75t/h循环流化床锅炉现场安装经验,讨论了影响流化床、旋风分离器等重要部位的安装要求,较详细地提出了循环流化床锅炉耐磨材料施工涉及的若干问题,对该类型锅炉在安装和试运过程中需注意的问题加以阐述,为同类型锅炉的安装提供一定帮助。
CFB boilers are widely used by domestic thermoelectric industry in recent years. However, the installation technology significantly affects boiler performances. Based on experiences from a 75 t/h CFB boiler in-situ installation, this paper discusses installation requirements affecting vital components, such as fluidized bed and cyclone separator, and several issues associated with CFB boiler wear-rcsistant material constructions. Issues that should be considered during installation and test operation of this type of boilers are explained assisting installation of similar boilers.
