摘要
对导弹的命中概率以及火工品的可靠性检验提出了一种验收方法,综合考虑生产方和接受方的双方利益,对靶场的试验鉴定是有帮助的;研究了成败型导弹产品可靠性试验鉴定的点估计法,在生产方及使用方可接受的条件下,尽可能增加试验发数,以提高用点估计法对导弹产品质量估计的可靠度;研究了成败型武器产品可靠性检验的序贯检验方法,研究了用二项分布可靠性单侧置信下限法确定试验验收准则。最后提出了整数非线性化问题。结果表明这些方法对导弹产品可靠性检验是有帮助的。
An acceptance method is proposed for guided missiles' hit probability and initiating explosive devices' reliability. It is helpful for test evaluation because the interests of both producers and accepters are considered. Firstly, the point estimation method for missiles' reliability test evaluation is studied. It is obtained that the number of tested missiles which can be accepted by both producers and users should be increased for improving the reliability. Further more, the sequence checking method and the unilateral lower confidence limit method using binomial distribution are discussed. Finally, an integral nonlinear programming problem is given. It is concluded that these methods are helpful for reliability test evaluation of missile products.
