The libraries' restructuring based on information resource integration

本文在对国内高校图书馆信息资源整合的方式、类型、现状研究的基础上,着重探讨了高校图书馆要对信息资源、机构、人力资源、业务流程等重组来实现信息资源整合平台的优化配置。

Based on the studies of the modes, types and present situations of information resource integration in the university libraries, the features of users＇ information need are analyzed, and the method that the university libraries can turn the optimization and effective collocation of information resource integration platform into reality by rearranging information resources, organizations, human resources, business processes is proposed.
