摘要
目的研究免疫、基因在淋巴瘤分类中的作用。方法引入免疫学、基因学的参数来完善ICD-10的编码。结果现时ICD-10淋巴瘤分类有待进一步改进。结论医学及国际疾病分类发展的要求对淋巴瘤必须进行病理学、免疫学和基因学联合进行分类,即形态学与功能结合以癌基因和瘤细胞来源为基础的免疫、基因分类。
Objective To study the role of immunity,gene in the classification in lymph tumors.Method Leading an immunology and genics parameter into the ICD-10 code to improve the coding of lymph tumors.Result At present,the classification of lymph tumors in ICD-10 remains to be further improved.Conclusion With the development of medical sciences and international disease classification,we must classify lymph tumors combining with pathology,immunology and the genics e.g.the classification of morphology and the function based on oncogene and neoplastic cell origination,combining with in as basis immunity,gene classification.
