基于随机删失数据下一种新模型对软件总体可靠度的估计

摘要 给出了软件总体的可靠性新模型.软件观测数据具有样本小、数据随机删失的特点,而目前处理这类问题所使用的参数估计方法并不理想,本文利用EM算法对软件总体的可靠度进行了讨论,给出了随机删失数据下的参数估计方法,证明了估计量满足一个非线性方程. In this paper, the author gives the new model of the software population reliability. The measuring data of the software always has small samples and always has been censored. But to this day the method of handling this problem is not very good. The author uses EM algorithm based on randomly censored data to propose a parameter estimation method and proves that the estimators satisfy a system of non-linear equation.
