近代康藏史上的“大白事件”及其解决

"The Dajin-Baili Accident" in Modern History of Chinese National Relations and Its Solution

1930年,在西康地区发生的"大白事件",并升级为"第三次康藏纠纷",是近代康藏史上的重大历史事件之一。在这一历时久、涉及多、过程复杂的康藏纠纷事件的解决中,中央与地方各部门、政治势力、藏与西康、青海省政府等,均有所贡献,可以说,各方面的相互了解也在客观上得以加深,康藏、藏汉民族感情自然亦得到了强化,并对以后四川西部及周边民族地区政治、经济、文化的发展产生了深远的影响。

In 1930,'the Dajin-Baili Accident ' occured in Xikang region,then it expanded to be the 'third dispute between Tibet and Xikang'.This accident was an important thing in national relation history,it lasted a long time,involving many aspects,and its process is very complicated.In order to settle it,central and local government,especially Xikang and Qinghai province made great efforts together,thus making them know each other better,and improve the friendship between the Tibet and Han.This communion also deeply affects the politics,economy and culture of the west of Sichuan and the national areas around Sichuan.
