摘要
SSR和ISSR分子标记技术是近几年发展起来的、以PCR为基础的DNA多态性检测技术,具有稳定性好、多态性丰富、遗传信息量大等优点,目前已广泛应用于各个领域。本文主要概述了SSR和ISSR分子标记的原理和特点,及其在海洋贝类种群遗传多样性、群体遗传结构分析、亲缘关系及杂交子代鉴别、遗传图谱构建、种质资源评价与保护等研究领域中的应用。
SSR and ISSR were new molecular marker techniques in recent years, which were on the basis of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for DNA amplification 1.They were employed widely in the research of various fields due to their properties of high diversity , stability, amount of heredity information. The purpose of this review was to introduce the principles, methods, characteristics and applications of the two techniques in various fields, such as genetic diversity, population hereditary structure analysis, kinship analysis, genetic mapping, germ plasm resource identification and conservation.
