高血压患者颈动脉硬化的彩色多普勒超声分析

Ultrasonography Evaluation of Carotid Artery Function Change in Hypertension

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对高血压患者颈动脉硬化的诊断价值。方法应用彩色多普勒血流显像仪对210例高血压患者及对照组颈动脉内中膜厚度及斑块进行观察。结果高血压组颈动脉内中膜较对照组颈动脉内中膜增厚,动脉硬化斑块发生率明显增高。结论颈动脉超声检查可做为观察高血压患者全身动脉硬化的窗口,对早期发现心脑血管疾病有重要价值。

Objective To explore the changes of the carotid artery function in hypertension patients using ultrasonography. Methods The carotid arteries of 210 hypertension patients and 80 control subjects（ C group） with Doppler ultrasonography to observe the intima -media thickness（IMT） and atheromatous plaque. Results The mean IMT was larger in hyertension group than that of C group. The atheromatous plaque of carotid was more than that of C group. Conclusion Doppler ultrasonogragraphy can help us observe the atherosclerosis degress of hypertension.
