Sorts of Knowledge and Their Conversion in Knowledge Management

论文对知识的类型及特征进行了探讨。在知识"二分法"的基础上,提出了亚显性知识类型,并阐述了各类型知识的转换方式。针对隐性知识、亚显性知识难以显性化问题,论文对这两类知识显性化中的障碍进行了分析。最后探讨了促进知识显性化的主要措施。

This paper probes into the characteristic and types of knowledge. Based on the theory that knowledge can be classed into explicit and implicit knowledge, the paper gives the definition to the type of subordinate explicit knowledge. It expounds the switch modes among the different sorts of knowledge. Because of great difficulties existing in the visualizing of implicit knowledge and second explieit knowledge, the paper analyses the barriers in the visualizing of the two kinds of knowledge. Finally, it studies on the primary measures which can promote the visualizing of knowledge.
