摘要
论文用生动易懂的博弈模型来研究图书馆绩效考核中的博弈现象,从而分析主观因素对考核结果的影响程度,提出图书馆应以科学合理的定量考核方法为主,以定性方法为辅,来完善图书馆的绩效考核体系。
Using some lively and easy game models, this paper analyzes all kinds of problems in performance appraisal of Library, and finds out the subjective influence on the result of the appraisal, then puts forward that the library should give priority to the scientific and rightful examination means, take the qualitative method as the assistance, so as to perfect the performance appraisal system of Library.
