摘要
讨论了雕塑曲面数控加工动态仿真及误差检测功能的实现方法,提出了雕塑曲面造型空间分割表示的仿真方法及利用z坐标法进行误差检测。该方法不仅适用于实体造型系统而且适用于曲面造型系统,同时解决了实时仿真系统中计算精度与计算速度之间的矛盾。该功能已在“超人CAD/CAM/CNC集成系统”中实现,效果良好。
A method of realizing the interference detection and simulation in space through the three axis numerically controlled milling is presented.The algorithm has the advantages of the discrete vector intersection approach and the spatial partitioning representation approach. It is adaptable not only for the solid modeling system,but also for the surface based modeling system. The computational complexity of this method is much lower than that obtained by use of direct solid modeling approach,also lower than that of the other two methods. The graphic simulation of the machining process is briefly described.
