摘要
以7种常用针织面料悬垂系数、面密度测试以及定伸长条件下拉伸力、弹性回复率、塑性变形率、应力松弛率的性能测试为基础,运用立体裁剪的方法试验得到零松量下针织原型各部位尺寸,通过灰色模型建模分析得出影响针织服装原型各部位尺寸的主要因素。
This paper based on drape coefficient test, and gram test of seven common-used knitted fabrics and also tested tensile force, elastic recovery rate, the rate of plastic deformation, stress relaxation rate under conditions of tensile elongation. Using the methods of draping,we can measure the size of each part on zero-Excess capacity knitwear prototype. Through the gray modeling analyze, we draw a conclusion of the main factor which affects each part of knitwear prototype.
