摘要
目的探讨先天性心脏病（先心病）介入治疗并发症原因分析及护理对策。方法对174例行封堵术治疗的失心病患者中17例产生并发症的病历进行回顾性分析，针对各自的并发症，提出相应的护理对策。结果并发症17例包括一般并发症8例，与心脏相关的并发症9例，无一例死亡。结论虽然封堵器介入治疗先心病是一种安全、有效的非手术方法，但对并发症的防治，尤其是对一些危及生命的严重并发症，要提高警惕，做到及早预防、及时发现，立即采取有效措施，加快术后康复至关重要。
Objective The nursing and analysis of reasons of complications in patients with congenital cardiopathy undergoing interventional therapy were discussed. Methods A retrospective study was carried out in 174 patients with congenital cardiopathy undergoing interventional therapy and put forward selective nursing measures according to individual complications. Results Complications occurred in 17 patients including 8 cases of general complications and 9 Cases of heart related complications .But no death was reported. Conclusion Interventive treatment of congenital cardiopathy via sealing apparatus proved to be safe and effective.But great attention must be paid to the incidence of serious complications.We must adopt prompt measures upon early discovery and fasten the postoporation recovery.
