摘要
本文简要介绍了我国水下石油输送管道的近况及研制水下管道抢修设备的必要，并着重阐述了方案设计内容及主要抢修部件的强度计算和选择。
The paper introduces the recent developments of underwater oil pipeline and its first-aid repairs,The stress is on the select of design suggestion of the first-aid repairs and an the calculation of the strength of its components.
