抗凝药物引发脑出血的治疗进展 被引量：1

摘要 缺血性脑卒中、慢性心房颤动和心脏瓣膜术后的患者经常需要长期口服抗凝药物治疗，以降低血栓或栓塞性脑血管疾病的发生。而抗凝药物的长期服用容易引发脑出血（in-tracerebral hemorrhage，ICH）。这类由抗凝药物引发的ICH（anticoagulant therapy associated ICH，ACT-ICH）预后差，病死率高，且无公认的治疗方案。
