腰椎后路椎体间融合研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 腰椎后路椎体间融合术(PLIF)在临床中应用广泛。近几年针对PLIF的生物力学研究包括单纯椎间融合与椎弓根钉棒系统辅助椎间融合、单椎间融合器与双椎间融合器、单侧应用椎弓根钉棒与双侧应用椎弓根钉棒等的生物力学对比分析。椎间融合器应用倾向于新型低弹性模量和生物可吸收性椎间融合器,椎间融合的植骨材料倾向于椎间融合加用成骨因子。微创技术在PLIF中的应用有其自身的优势,可减少疼痛和组织损伤,减少失血和输血,减轻术后腰痛,缩短康复时间和住院时间,但其随机有效性仍需得进一步验证。PLIF手术总体并发症发生率仍相对较高,但随着技术的成熟和医生的熟练操作,有下降趋势。
