经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术及其发展 被引量:9

摘要 目前经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(PKP)已广泛应用于椎体压缩性骨折、椎体血管瘤等疾病的治疗,并取得了一定的疗效,但也存在骨水泥渗漏、椎体再次骨折及脊髓压迫等并发症。随着技术的发展,在此基础上出现了PKP结合体位复位技术、蛋壳技术、Sky技术及Vessel-X骨材料填充器经皮椎体成形术等新技术,很大程度上改善了球囊技术存在的骨水泥渗漏等缺陷。该文就PKP适应证、并发症、操作方法及目前一些新技术作一综述。
