Research Report for Supervision and Evaluation Policies in Our Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning

建立健全民办高校督导与评估制度,是国家对民办高校实施科学管理的有效手段。本文对北京、江西、江苏、广东、陕西五个省(市)开展调研,了解各地落实国务院办公厅101号文件和教育部25号令所采取的主要措施,重点研究各地民办高校督导与评估政策的形成及其实施状况,为国家进一步完善和制定民办高校的科学督导和评估政策提供对策和建议。

The establishment and improvement of the supervision and evaluation system in non-governmental institutions of higher learning is an effective means for the state to implement scientific management in non-governmental institutions of higher learning. Based on the investigation and research in the five places of Beijing, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Shaanxi, and on the full knowledge of the principal measures taken in carrying out Document No. 101 of the General Office of the State Council and Document No. 25 of the Ministry of Education, the paper lays emphasis on the research of the formation and implementation of the supervision and evaluation policies in various non-governmental institutions of higher learning, presenting proposals for the state to further improve and make scientific supervision and evaluation policies for non-governmental institutions of higher learning.
