摘要
分析民办本科高校科研管理及现状,提出建立浮动式科研津贴、设置流动科研编制以及营造科研激励氛围等科研激励机制,创造科研环境,提高教师科研积极性,提升师资队伍综合素质,从而提高民办本科高校的综合竞争力。
The paper analyzes the present situation of research management and suggests to establish the incentive mechanism for scientific research by delivering floating allowances for research work, setting up mobile researching staff and producing incentive atmosphere for scientific research so as to create a research environment to stimulate teachers' enthusiasm in doing scientific research and to promote their comprehensive quality, and, thereby, enhance the competitiveness of the non-governmental regular university.
