摘要
企业管理方式因企业的经济性质、运作机制和企业的实际情况而异,现有民营企业的家族式管理、大型国企的传统式管理、多元化投资企业的现代企业管理以及其它各种类型的企业管理方式都各有利弊。企业管理没有通用的最佳模式,企业管理贵在创新、重在务实。任何企业,只要摸索出一套适合本企业实际的管理模式,有利于调动企业员工的积极性和创造性的,能促进企业持续健康和谐发展,就是最好的管理模式。
Enterprise management modes vary with the economic property, operational mechanism and actual situation of the enterprise. As far as the family management of the existing civilian-run enterprises, the traditional management of large-scale staterun enterprises, the modern business management of the pluralistic investment enterprises and other various enterprise managements are concerned, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. No optimum mode ever exists in enterprise management. Enterprise management is values for its innovation and importance is attached to the practical attitude. The one that fits the enterprise's actual situation, favors the mobilization of the initiative and creativity of the enterprise staff and promotes the sound, harmonious and sustainable development of the enterprise is the best management mode.
