孕三烯酮与妈福隆治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效比较

Comparision of therapeutical effect of gestrinone and marvelon on endometriosis

目的比较孕三烯酮与妈福隆治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法96例子宫内膜异位症术后患者随机分为A、B两组。A组给予孕三烯酮治疗,B组给予妈福隆治疗,比较两组的疗效并观察不良反应。结果A组缓解率明显高于B组(P<0·05),A组复发率明显低于B组(P<0·05)。两组不良反应均较少。结论孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效优于妈福隆,是一种安全有效的药物。

Objective To compare the therapeutical effect of gestrinone and marvelon in treating endometriosis. Methods 96 cases with postoperative endometriosis were divided randomly into A,B group which was treated with gestrinone and marvelon, respectively. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared and the adverse effects were Obsewed. Results The relief rate in A group was significantly higher than that in B group,whereas the replase rate in A group markedly lower than that in B group. There was no seriously adverse effect in both groups. Conclusion Gestrinone of which effect is stronger than marvelon is a safe and effective drug in treating endometriosis.
