适时导入TPM、RCM核心理念 打造有南京地铁特色的维修文化

Building Maintenance Culture with Nanjing Metro Characteris- tics by Timely Introducing the Core Concepts of TPM and RCM

介绍了全面生产维护(TPM)和以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)定义与内涵,以及南京地铁适时导入TPM与RCM的核心理念;结合南京地铁运营管理与维保工作实际需要,提出TPM、RCM相融合的维修模式,用以打造南京地铁新型设备维修文化。

The definition and meaning of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) as well as the core concepts of TPM and RCM timely introduced by Nanjing Metro are presented. Combining the operation management and actual main- tenance requirement of Nanjing Metro, the maintenance mode inte- grating TPM and RCM is proposed in order to build maintenance culture of equipment in Nanjing Metro.
