摘要
硒是环境中的重要生命元素,对人畜的健康有重要影响。我国有四分之一的土壤处于缺硒状态,希望通过合理提高农作物含硒量的途径来解决我国人口缺硒的问题。在大量查阅相关资料的基础上,从影响硒在水稻体内的分配、硒对水稻抗氧化作用的影响、水稻体内硒与能量代谢的关系、水稻对环境硒的生物富集能力、水稻生物富集硒在生物大分子中的分布及水稻对环境硒的耐受能力几个方面作以阐述,拟在为富硒水稻生产提供理论参考。
Se is an important life element around the environment, affecting human and animal's health. In China, one quarters of soil is lack of Se, so it is an effective approach to increase Se content in plant to solve the Se deficiency problem. Base on great amounts of literatures, the distribution of Se in rice plant, anti-oxidation effect of Se on rice, the relationship between Se and energy metabolism, Se-eoneenlration ability of rice, the distribution of concentrated Se in biological macromolecules in rice and tolerant ability of rice to Se were illustrated so as to provide reference for Se-enriching rice production.
