摘要
选用生产上广泛应用抗倒性强的水稻品种辽粳454-17和抗倒性较差的水稻品种沈农15做亲本,采用亲子回归设计和回交设计,人工组配成一套包括亲本P1、P2、F2、F3、B1、B2世代的材料,对水稻茎秆抗倒性构成有关的因素进行了研究。相关和通径分析结果表明:对水稻高倒伏指数(易倒伏性)贡献大的因素有株高、倒3叶长、重心高度等;对低倒伏指数(抗倒伏性)贡献大的因素有基节折断弯矩、秆型指数、基节干重比等。茎基弯折力和断面模数对折断弯矩有正向极显著作用。全株加在基部节间弯矩、断面模数和叶干重对折断弯矩有正向极显著作用。基节折断弯矩是代表茎秆强度的指标,通过非株高因素提高茎秆抗倒伏性的关键是增强茎秆强度。
The lodging resistance factors in rice culm were studied through the parenthood regress design and backcross design by using a series of materials including P1, P2, F2, F3, B1 and B2 generations from Liaojing 454-17 which was widely used as high resistance variety to lodging and Shennong 15 as low resistance variety to lodging. The results indicated that the plant height, the length of the last three leaves and the center of gravity height had positive effect on the lodging index, but the break moment of basal culm, the morphological index of the culm, the ratio of dry weight of basal internodes had negative effects on the lodging index force pressing on culm (L), section modulus (Z) and dry weight of leaf had positive effects on the break moment of basal culm. The results showed that bend moment of basal culm was a good parameter for quantifying the culm intensity.
