缺血性脑血管病支架治疗的并发症及其处理
摘要
采用皮腔内血管成形术和支架植入术（PTAS）治疗缺血性脑血管疾病已得到共识，然而也存在一系列的并发症。包括穿刺部位并发症，高灌注综合症，缺血性脑卒中及颅内出血等。本文针对不同的并发症给予相应的处理，取得满意疗效。
