葛根素注射液与维生素C联用治疗2型糖尿病肾病52例临床研究

Clinical Study on Puerarin Injection Combined with Vitamin C for Treatment of 52Cases of Type II Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察葛根素注射液联用维生素C对2型糖尿病肾病的治疗作用及机制。方法将确诊为2型糖尿病肾病的145倒患者随机分为3组。治疗组52倒，在常规治疗基础上给予葛根素注射液静脉滴注，并口服维生素C；对照A组48倒，在常规治疗基础上加用葛根素静脉滴注；对照B组45倒，在常规治疗基础上加服维生素C，3组均以2周为1个疗程。观察3组治疗前后尿素氮．血肌酐．血脂、糖化血红蛋白、丙二醛．超氧化物歧化酶．24小时尿白蛋白排泄率等指标的变化。结果治疗组治疗后除尿素氮．血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白外其他各项指标与治疗前相比均有显著改善（，〈0．01）。结论葛根素注射液、维生素C均有较好的改善肾功能及降低尿蛋白排泄率的作用。二者合用有协同作用，治疗2型糖尿病肾病的疗效比单用葛根素或维生素C好。

To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanisms of Puerarin injection combined with vitamin C for treatment of typell diabetic nephropathy.Methods On the basis of routine treatment, 145 cases of type 11 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into a treatment group（n=52） treated with intravenous drip of Puerarin injection and vitamin C,a control group A（n=48） treated with intravenous drip of simple Puerarin injection,and a control group B（n=45） treated with simple vitamin C.Two weeks constituted one course.Changes of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,blood lipid,glycosylated hemoglobin,MDA,SOD and 24--hour urine albumin excretion rate before and after treatment were investigated.Results：After treatment,investigated indexes except urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and glycosylated hemoglobin,improved significantly in the treatment group （P〈~0.01）.Conclusion Puerarin injection and vitamin C can markedly improve renal function and decrease urinary protein excretion rate with synergistic action.The effect of combined use on type 11 diabetic nephropathy is superior to that of simple Puerarin injection or vitamin C.
