壮尔颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染50例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Zhuang’er Granules in Treatment of 50Children of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

目的观察壮尔颗拉治疗小儿气阴两虚型反复呼吸道感染（RRT1）的临床疗效。方法将86例气阴两虚型RRTI患儿随机分为壮尔颗拉治疗组和卡慢舒口服液对照组，均治疗1个月，随访6个月，观察两组治疗前后的发病次数．主要症状，检测T细胞亚群．免疫球蛋白及补体C3。结果两组总有效率分别为90．0％和80．6％，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；治疗前后两组症状改善，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组CD3、CD4．CD4／CD8及IgA、IgG．补体C3均明显升高，组内比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05或p〈0．01）。结论壮尔颗拉是治疗小儿气阴两虚型RRTI的有效方剂。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhuang＇ er Granules on infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection with syndrome of qi and Yin deficiency.Methods Eighty--six children of recurrent respiratory tract infection with syndrome of both qi and Yin deficiency were randomly divided into two groups,a treatment grohp treated by Zhuang＇ er Granules and a control group by Kamanshu oral liquor.They were treated for one month and then followed up for 6 months.Recurrent times,clinical main symptoms, T cell subpopulation,immunoglobulins and complement--3（C3） were determined before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group（90.0%） was significantly higher than 80.6% in the control group（P〈0.05）.Aftcr treatment,improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better than in the control group（P〈0.05）.CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,1gA,IgG and C3significantly increased in both groups,with significant differences as compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Zhuang＇ er Granules is an effective prescription for treatment of infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection with syndrome of both qi and Yin deficiency.
